On February 6th, the Merit Badge University for Phoenix could use additional help with Merit Badge Counselors.

We are asking for sign-ups for Counselors right now for this event to go to the link below and fill in the information. If you are unavailable on February 6th, but would like to still teach a merit badge later, you can send me that information and we will have sign-up at the event for the scouts. Once you sign-up, another e-mail will be sent to the Counselors with more details. At this time, the sign-up is only for Counselors. An update on what merit badges will be available to the scouts will be sent out to the District as the event gets closer.

Sign-up for scouts will be at the event only. No online sign-up will be available. This will be a free event for the scouts to attend as well.

What merit badges will be offered? We are still accepting Merit Badge sign-ups for Counselors, so more will be added. Right now, we have the following to offer: Dog Care, *Personal Fitness, *Communications, *Citizenship (1 of the 3), Engineering, Art, Cooking and Pioneering.

There will be NO ONLINE SIGN-UP for the merit badges offered. We will need you to sign-up at the event. Merit Badges maybe taught completely or partially at the event with a separate date to complete the merit badges.

Merit Badges may also be taught at a completely different time, but will have a sign-up at the event to get on the list.

Information on what merit badges are being offered will be sent out weekly to give you a heads up on what will be offered.
